Good morning. Let's basketball.
The last three wins for the Cleveland Cavaliers certainly haven't been easy. But in Game 6, the Detroit Pistons made everything look really hard for the Cavs as they, the Pistons, won 115-94 to send us to both teams' second Game 7 of the postseason.
Jalen Duren finally bounced back and had his first good game since his last Game 7. He led the lockdown defense and finished with 15 and 11 with three blocks. He looked comfortable and confident for the first time in a while, shooting 7/10 from the floor.
For Cleveland, Donovan Mitchell couldn't shoot (a brutal 6/20 from the floor) and James Harden couldn't protect the ball (eight turnovers). Harden's current series count through six games: 36 made field goals, 38 assists, 30 turnovers. He's averaging five giveaways per game! (Cade Cunningham has five more turnovers than that, by the way. It's a mess fest.)
